Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through the AESTHERA Luxury Wellness online store and to your use of our website.
Please read these Terms before placing an order. You may save or print a copy for your records. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
Customers purchase through guest checkout. No customer account is required.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or replaces any statutory rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
Legal review disclaimer: These Terms should be reviewed by qualified UK consumer, product-safety, food, cosmetics and regulatory counsel before publication. This disclaimer does not limit, exclude or weaken any customer right or legal protection.
1. About AESTHERA
AESTHERA Luxury Wellness is the trading name of AESTHERA LUXURY PEPTIDES LTD, a company registered in England and Wales.
Company number: 17219831
Registered office: 66 Paul Street, London, England, EC2A 4NA
Email: aestherawellness@proton.me
References to “AESTHERA”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean AESTHERA LUXURY PEPTIDES LTD.
2. Our Products
Our product categories may include:
* apparel and fashion accessories;
* food supplements;
* cosmetics, skincare, haircare and beauty products;
* gym, fitness and lifestyle accessories; and
* products specifically identified as Research Products.
We will only sell products that we are legally permitted to supply in the relevant destination. Product-specific descriptions, labels, warnings, instructions and restrictions apply in addition to these Terms.
We remain responsible for the legal obligations applicable to our role as seller, manufacturer, importer, distributor, food business operator, cosmetic Responsible Person or other regulated operator. These obligations are not transferred to customers by these Terms.
We do not supply medicines unless a product is lawfully authorised and supplied through the legally required route. We do not supply injectable products, prescription-only treatments or products represented for human use as medicines unless expressly stated and legally authorised.
3. Product Information and Legal Compliance
We will supply goods that conform to their contract description and applicable legal requirements.
Product pages and labels will provide relevant information about characteristics such as quantity, ingredients, materials, dimensions, sizing, intended use, warnings, storage and precautions, where applicable.
We will not make medicinal, disease-prevention, disease-treatment, unauthorised health or misleading performance claims. Food supplement and cosmetic claims will be limited to claims permitted by applicable law.
Images illustrate our products. Screen settings may affect perceived colour, but this does not permit us to supply materially different goods or remove your rights where appearance forms part of the agreed description.
We may update listings for future purchases. Material changes to an accepted order require your agreement unless applicable law permits otherwise.
4. Apparel and Lifestyle Products
Apparel, accessories and gym or lifestyle products should be used for their stated purpose and in accordance with relevant care and safety instructions.
Ordinary apparel purchases, including sale items, remain subject to the consumer cancellation rights set out below.
Selecting a standard stock size or colour does not, by itself, make an item personalised or remove cancellation rights.
Where a product is intended for exercise or physical activity, use it only as instructed and check it before use. Do not use damaged equipment or accessories.
5. Food Supplements
Food supplements are foods supplied for their stated nutritional or physiological purpose. They are not medicines and are not supplied to diagnose, treat, prevent or cure disease.
Follow the recommended daily intake, storage instructions and warnings on the label. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
Food supplements should not replace a varied, balanced diet and healthy lifestyle. Keep them out of reach of young children.
Check the full ingredients and allergen information before use. Do not use a product if you are allergic or sensitive to an ingredient.
Seek advice from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional before use if you take medication, have a medical condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or are considering use by a child or vulnerable person.
Website information does not replace individual medical advice. We do not provide diagnosis, prescribing, treatment or personalised dosing services.
We will comply with applicable food law, including requirements concerning composition, safety, labelling, presentation, advertising, nutrition and health claims, traceability, withdrawal and recall.
Nothing in this section excludes our responsibilities for product safety, accurate information or compliance with applicable food law.
6. Cosmetics and Beauty Products
Cosmetic and beauty products are supplied for their stated cosmetic purpose and are not medicines.
Follow the instructions, precautions, storage requirements and durability or period-after-opening information provided with the product.
Check the ingredients for known sensitivities and follow any product-specific patch-testing instructions. A patch test does not guarantee that a reaction will not occur.
Stop using a product if an adverse reaction occurs and obtain appropriate medical advice where necessary.
We will comply with applicable cosmetic product requirements, including safety assessment, product information, labelling, claims, notification and Responsible Person obligations where applicable.
Nothing in these Terms transfers a cosmetic Responsible Person’s statutory obligations to a customer or excludes applicable product safety and consumer rights.
7. Research Products
Products expressly identified as “Research Products”, “Research Use Only” or equivalent are supplied solely for legitimate laboratory, analytical or scientific research.
Research Products are not supplied for human consumption, human administration, veterinary administration, self-medication, diagnosis, treatment, prevention or cure of disease.
They must not be purchased for personal cosmetic, bodybuilding, performance, weight-management or other human or veterinary administration purposes.
Research Products are separate from our consumer supplements and cosmetics. A research designation does not mean that a product is an approved medicine, food, cosmetic or product authorised for administration to humans or animals.
A research label does not make an otherwise unlawful supply lawful. We will not supply a product where its composition, presentation, intended use or proposed use would make the supply unlawful.
Research Product purchasers must:
* be at least 18 years old;
* have a legitimate and lawful research purpose;
* have the competence, facilities and arrangements necessary to handle the material safely;
* provide accurate information requested for verification;
* comply with applicable handling, storage, possession, use and disposal requirements; and
* not relabel, promote or resell the product for an unauthorised purpose.
Before accepting an order, we may require verification of age, identity, organisation, research activity, intended use and delivery details.
We may refuse an order where the intended research purpose cannot be satisfactorily established or where there are reasonable grounds to suspect inappropriate administration, unlawful activity, misleading information, unauthorised resale or a breach of applicable law.
We do not provide personal dosing instructions, prescribing services, administration advice or treatment plans for Research Products.
Research Product Returns and Refunds
We do not offer discretionary change-of-mind returns, exchanges or refunds for Research Products purchased by a business or other non-consumer customer.
For purchases made in the course of a trade, business, craft or profession, Research Product orders are final once accepted, subject to any remedy required by law or the contract.
Where a purchaser legally qualifies as a consumer, applicable statutory cancellation rights remain available unless a specific legal exception applies to the particular goods and circumstances.
Research-only labelling does not, by itself, remove consumer cancellation rights.
This policy does not exclude remedies required by law for faulty, unsafe, damaged, misdescribed or undelivered goods. It does not permit us to retain payment for an order we refuse or cancel without supplying the goods.
8. Consumer and Business Purchases
A consumer is an individual purchasing wholly or mainly outside their trade, business, craft or profession.
Your legal status depends on the actual circumstances of the purchase, not solely on the product category or a checkout declaration.
The statutory consumer change-of-mind cancellation right does not apply to genuine business purchases. Other applicable contractual and legal rights remain in force.
Any additional business supply terms must be expressly agreed before the relevant contract is made.
9. Prices and Charges
Prices are displayed in the currency indicated on our website.
Prices offered to UK consumers include applicable taxes, including VAT where chargeable.
Mandatory charges will be included in the displayed total where they can reasonably be calculated. Where a charge depends on information such as your delivery location, we will clearly explain its basis and include the amount once the necessary information is available.
Before you submit your order, checkout will show the goods, total price, delivery charges and any other applicable charges.
Optional extras require your express agreement. We do not charge a surcharge for payment by a consumer debit or credit card.
Price changes apply to future orders and do not alter accepted contracts.
If we identify an obvious pricing error before acceptance, we may decline the order or ask whether you wish to purchase at the correct price. We will not charge an increased price without your agreement.
10. Placing an Order
You can review your basket and correct order details before submitting an order.
Please provide accurate contact, payment and delivery information.
The final checkout button will clearly indicate that submitting the order creates an obligation to pay.
Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected goods.
An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt of your order only. It does not constitute acceptance. Payment authorisation or collection alone does not constitute acceptance.
We accept your order when we send an email expressly confirming acceptance.
If we accept only part of an order, our confirmation will identify the accepted goods. Any payment relating to goods we decline to supply will be refunded without undue delay.
We will provide confirmation of your contract, these Terms and required pre-contract information by email or another durable medium no later than delivery, or within the period required by applicable law.
11. Refusing or Cancelling Orders
Before acceptance, we may decline an order for objective reasons, including:
* stock unavailability;
* an obvious pricing or listing error;
* unsuccessful or unauthorised payment;
* reasonable concerns about fraud;
* incomplete required verification;
* suspected circumvention of product restrictions; or
* legal restrictions on supply.
If we decline an order after collecting payment, we will refund the relevant amount without undue delay.
After acceptance, we will not use a general cancellation discretion to avoid our contractual obligations. Any suspension or termination must have a lawful basis and preserve your applicable refund and other remedies.
12. Payments
Payment must be made using a method offered at checkout.
Payments may be processed by Stripe or another payment service provider identified during checkout. AESTHERA remains the seller responsible for the goods and the contract.
You must be entitled to use the selected payment method.
Payments may be subject to authentication, authorisation and proportionate fraud or security checks.
We will never ask you to email your complete card number, card security code, online banking password or one-time security code.
Where verification is required, we may delay acceptance while checks are completed. Checks relating to an accepted order do not override agreed delivery commitments or statutory remedies.
Duplicate payments and payments collected for orders we do not accept will be corrected or refunded without undue delay.
Placing an order does not authorise unrelated or recurring payments. Any recurring arrangement requires separate, clear agreement to its price, billing frequency and cancellation conditions.
13. Verification and Fraud Prevention
We may conduct proportionate checks of order, payment, identity, address and research-purpose information.
We may request information reasonably necessary to investigate suspected unauthorised transactions or unlawful purchasing.
Personal information used for these checks will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection law and our Privacy Policy.
If required checks cannot be completed, we may decline an unaccepted order. For an accepted order, any suspension or termination must have a lawful basis.
14. Delivery
Available delivery locations, methods, charges and expected delivery periods will be explained before ordering.
Any specifically agreed delivery deadline forms part of your contract.
Unless a different period is expressly agreed, consumer goods will be delivered without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the contract is made.
If delivery is delayed, we will notify you and explain available options. Describing a delivery time as an estimate does not remove statutory rights.
If we refuse delivery, or miss a deadline that was essential in the circumstances or that you told us before contracting was essential, you may be entitled to end the contract immediately.
Otherwise, you may require delivery within an appropriate additional period and end the contract if we fail to deliver within it.
Where you lawfully end the contract for non-delivery, we will refund amounts due without undue delay.
Please provide accurate delivery information and contact us promptly if a parcel is missing, damaged or incorrectly delivered.
A carrier’s delivery scan alone does not remove your rights.
15. Risk and Ownership
For consumer purchases, goods remain at our risk until you, or a person you identify to receive them, takes physical possession.
If you independently commission a carrier that we did not offer, the statutory exception concerning delivery to that carrier may apply.
Ownership passes when we have received full payment and the goods have been delivered. This does not affect the consumer risk provisions above.
16. Your Right to Cancel
Where statutory cancellation rights apply, you may cancel without giving a reason from the time you place your order until 14 days after the day you, or your nominated recipient other than the carrier, receive the goods.
For several goods ordered together and delivered separately, the period ends 14 days after receipt of the last item. For an item delivered in multiple lots or pieces, it runs from receipt of the last lot or piece.
To cancel, send a clear statement to:
Email: aestherawellness@proton.me
Post: AESTHERA LUXURY PEPTIDES LTD, 66 Paul Street, London, England, EC2A 4NA
You may use the cancellation form at the end of these Terms, but this is optional.
Sending your cancellation notice before the cancellation period expires is sufficient.
You do not need our permission, an approved reason or a return authorisation number to exercise a statutory cancellation right.
You may cancel before dispatch or delivery.
17. Returning Goods After Cancellation
Unless we offer to collect the goods, you must send them back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the day you tell us you are cancelling.
Returns address: AESTHERA LUXURY PEPTIDES LTD, 66 Paul Street, London, England, EC2A 4NA.
We may provide a different warehouse or returns address for a particular order. Use the address confirmed by us for that order. We will not require you to return goods to an address that has not been provided clearly.
Contact us if you need return instructions. Our response time does not shorten your statutory cancellation rights.
For change-of-mind cancellations, you bear the direct return postage cost unless we agree otherwise.
If goods cannot normally be returned by post, we will disclose the return cost, or a reasonable estimate, before the contract is made.
We bear reasonable return costs where the law requires, including for goods validly rejected as faulty or misdescribed.
Keep reasonable evidence of sending the goods. Suitable protective packaging is recommended, but original packaging is not a blanket condition of statutory returns.
18. Exceptions to Change-of-Mind Cancellation
An exception applies only where its legal conditions are satisfied. Relevant exceptions may include:
* goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised;
* goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
* sealed goods unsuitable for return for genuine health protection or hygiene reasons, if unsealed after delivery; and
* goods that become inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.
We will explain applicable exceptions before purchase.
A product is not automatically exempt because it is a supplement, cosmetic, Research Product, sale item or opened package.
For sealed food supplements, cosmetics or other goods, the hygiene or health-protection exception may apply only where the goods are genuinely unsuitable for return for those reasons and the seal has been broken after delivery. We will not rely on this exception merely because a product has been opened.
These exceptions do not remove rights concerning faulty, unsafe, damaged, incorrectly supplied or misdescribed goods.
19. Refunds Following Cancellation
For a valid statutory cancellation, we will refund the price paid for the cancelled goods and any delivery amount required by law.
Where the whole order is cancelled, this includes the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option. We need not refund the additional cost of a more expensive delivery method you expressly selected.
If we have not offered to collect the goods, we may withhold reimbursement until we receive them back or you provide evidence of sending them back, whichever is earlier.
We will refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days after that event.
If we offer to collect the goods, or no goods were supplied, we will refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days after being informed of your cancellation.
Refunds use the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise. We charge no refund fee and do not deduct payment processing fees from statutory refunds.
Where legally permitted, we may deduct the actual reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the goods’ nature, characteristics and functioning.
We will explain any deduction. We do not impose a fixed restocking fee on statutory cancellations.
20. Faulty, Damaged or Misdescribed Goods
Consumer goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for a purpose made known to us where the law requires, and as described.
Where goods fail to conform to the contract, applicable remedies may include rejection, repair, replacement, a price reduction or a refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
The short-term right to reject normally lasts 30 days, subject to statutory rules, including those relating to perishable goods and repairs or replacements requested during that period.
Other remedies may remain available after the initial period.
Contact aestherawellness@proton.me with your order reference and a description of the problem.
We may request reasonable evidence to investigate, but statutory remedies will not be made conditional on unnecessary requirements.
Where goods are validly rejected, we will bear reasonable return costs and provide a refund without undue delay, within 14 days after agreeing that you are entitled to it.
You do not have to pursue a manufacturer instead of us.
Sale goods retain statutory protections, except concerning a defect clearly disclosed and specifically accepted where the law permits.
21. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks
Please contact us promptly about an incorrect payment, missing delivery or outstanding refund so we can investigate.
Contacting us first is not a condition of exercising a lawful right against your card issuer, bank or payment provider.
Nothing in these Terms waives applicable chargeback rights, rights under section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act 1974, or rights concerning unauthorised payments.
We may respond to disputes using relevant, accurate and lawfully shared transaction records, delivery evidence and correspondence.
We do not impose a penalty merely because a customer raises a good-faith payment dispute.
A customer is not entitled to retain duplicate reimbursement for the same loss. Any duplicate recovery will be addressed through lawful means.
22. Promotions and Discounts
Promotion conditions, including eligibility, duration and exclusions, will be disclosed with the offer.
We may change or withdraw promotions for future orders. We will not retrospectively remove an agreed discount from an accepted order without a lawful basis.
Promotions do not restrict statutory cancellation or faulty-goods rights.
23. Product Safety, Traceability and Recalls
We will comply with applicable product safety, traceability, reporting, withdrawal and recall requirements.
If a safety issue affects goods supplied to you, we may contact you with warnings, instructions or recall arrangements using the contact details associated with your order.
Please follow relevant recall instructions and stop using a product when instructed for safety reasons.
We will provide the remedies required by law. Our statutory product safety responsibilities are not excluded by these Terms.
24. Privacy and Cookies
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information collected through browsing, guest checkout, payments, verification, delivery and customer correspondence.
We will process personal data in accordance with applicable UK data protection law, including the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
Where lawful and necessary, information may be shared with payment providers, banks, fraud prevention services, couriers, technology providers or relevant authorities.
We will identify the relevant purposes and lawful bases for processing in our Privacy Policy. These Terms do not provide blanket consent for unrelated use or disclosure of personal information.
Our Cookie Policy explains the use of cookies and similar technologies. Consent will be sought where legally required, including for non-essential cookies and similar technologies.
Placing an order does not itself constitute consent to optional tracking or marketing.
Marketing communications will be sent only where permitted by applicable law, and each electronic marketing message will include an appropriate opt-out method.
25. Website Use and Intellectual Property
You must not misuse the website, introduce malicious software, attempt unauthorised access or use the website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
Our branding, text, designs, photographs and other materials belong to us or their respective rights holders.
You may view and save materials for ordinary personal use, including retaining your contract documents. Commercial reproduction or exploitation requires permission unless otherwise permitted by law.
We may update the website or temporarily restrict access for maintenance or security. This does not extinguish rights under an existing order.
26. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for:
* death or personal injury caused by negligence;
* fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
* defective product liability that cannot lawfully be excluded;
* breach of statutory consumer rights; or
* any other liability or statutory right that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
For consumers, we are responsible for loss or damage that is a foreseeable result of our breach of contract or failure to exercise reasonable care and skill.
Loss is foreseeable if it is an obvious consequence or was contemplated by both parties when the contract was made.
We do not exclude responsibility merely because a customer has used a product.
Where misuse, failure to follow appropriate instructions or unauthorised administration contributes to a loss, responsibility will be determined under applicable law.
For consumer purchases, we do not accept liability for business losses such as lost business profits, business interruption or loss of a business opportunity, except where the law requires otherwise.
27. Events Outside Our Reasonable Control
If an event outside our reasonable control affects fulfilment, we will notify you and take reasonable steps to reduce its effect.
Such an event does not permit us to retain payment indefinitely for undelivered goods or remove statutory cancellation, delivery or refund remedies.
If fulfilment cannot proceed, we will explain the available options and refund amounts legally due.
28. International Orders and Northern Ireland
Only delivery destinations offered at checkout are available.
Product availability may differ by jurisdiction, including between Great Britain and Northern Ireland where different product requirements apply.
We may restrict delivery where a product cannot lawfully be supplied or applicable requirements cannot be met.
Before ordering, we will explain relevant delivery terms and known customs or import charges, or the basis on which charges may be calculated where they cannot reasonably be determined.
Customers must comply with import or use obligations legally applicable to them. This does not transfer obligations legally imposed on AESTHERA to the customer.
Mandatory consumer protections remain in force.
29. Complaints
Please send complaints to:
Email: aestherawellness@proton.me
Post: AESTHERA LUXURY PEPTIDES LTD, 66 Paul Street, London, England, EC2A 4NA
Include your order reference, details of the issue and the outcome sought.
We will investigate and respond without undue delay, explaining any further information needed.
If a complaint remains unresolved, we will provide any information about alternative dispute resolution required by applicable law, including whether we are obliged or willing to participate.
Our complaints procedure does not prevent you from using the courts or other lawful remedies.
30. Changes to These Terms
Changes apply to future orders.
The version applicable when your contract is made continues to govern that contract unless you agree to a lawful change.
Additional policies do not reduce mandatory rights. Information that legally forms part of your contract remains binding.
31. Other Contractual Provisions
If a provision is unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply where they can operate lawfully.
A delay in exercising a right does not waive that right.
If we transfer an existing contract, we will ensure that the transfer does not reduce your rights or guarantees and will notify you where required.
32. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to mandatory protections applicable to you.
Consumers may bring proceedings in any court to which applicable law gives them access, including relevant courts in their country of residence.
Nothing requires a consumer to give up mandatory protections or submit exclusively to the courts of England and Wales where doing so would restrict their legal rights.
Model Cancellation Form
Complete and send this form only if you wish to cancel. You may instead send any clear statement of cancellation.
